1. What Frelytics is
Frelytics is a sports statistics and analytics website. It collects publicly available performance data for the NBA, MLB, NFL and football, and presents it as game logs, hit rates over recent games, head-to-head splits, matchup context and statistical projections derived from historical averages. It also displays betting lines and odds published by sportsbooks, shown alongside the statistics as reference points.
Frelytics is an information product. You cannot place a bet on this site, we hold no customer funds, we run no contests and there is nothing to win here. We are not a sportsbook, not an agent or intermediary for any sportsbook, and we are not paid by any sportsbook.
2. This is not betting advice
Nothing on Frelytics is advice, a recommendation, a tip, a pick, or a prediction of what will happen. The projections are arithmetic applied to past results. Past results do not determine future ones, and no number on this site changes the odds of anything.
Any decision you make with this information is yours alone, and so is any money you win or lose. If you choose to gamble, only you are responsible for doing so legally where you live, within your means, and within your own limits.
- You must be of legal age to use this service — 18, or older where your jurisdiction requires it.
- Sports betting is illegal or restricted in many places. Checking your local law is your responsibility, not ours.
- If gambling has stopped being entertainment for you, stop and get help. In the United States, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER.
3. The data can be wrong, late, or missing
We take accuracy seriously and we still cannot promise it. Frelytics depends on external data sources — league APIs, statistics providers and odds feeds — that we do not control. They go down, they publish corrections hours later, they change formats without notice, and sometimes they are simply wrong.
That means numbers on this site may be delayed, incomplete, out of date or incorrect, and a betting line shown here may no longer exist or may never have been offered at that price. Always verify anything that matters against the sportsbook or the official league source before acting on it.
We may also change, pause or remove any part of the service, and we do not promise any level of uptime. Data coverage varies by sport and season, and features available today may not be available tomorrow.
4. Your account
You need an account for some features. You agree to give a real email address you control, to keep your password to yourself, and to accept that anything done through your account is your responsibility.
One person, one account. Creating extra accounts to get around plan limits is a breach of these terms. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using your account.
5. Subscriptions, payment and cancellation
Frelytics has a free tier and a paid Pro tier, billed monthly or annually. The paid tier is not available yet: while it is not, everything on the site is free and there is nothing to pay. Prices are in US dollars, are shown in full before you confirm any purchase, and may change; a price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
Payments are handled by our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record — it is the seller for the transaction, it charges you, and it handles tax. Its own buyer terms apply to the purchase in addition to these terms. We never see or store your card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
6. What you may not do
- Scrape, crawl, or use bots or automated tools to pull data from the site.
- Resell, redistribute, republish or sublicense our data, or build a competing product out of it.
- Share your account, or give others access to paid features they haven't paid for.
- Work around rate limits, plan limits, paywalls or any technical restriction.
- Reverse engineer the site or our private APIs, or attack, overload or probe our infrastructure.
- Use Frelytics for anything illegal where you are.
7. Ownership and third-party rights
The site, its design, its code and the way we organise and present the data are ours. Your subscription buys access while it lasts — it does not transfer ownership of anything.
The underlying sports statistics are facts, and facts belong to nobody. League names, team names, player names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used here to identify them. Frelytics is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NBA, MLB, NFL, FIFA, any league, any team or any sportsbook.
8. Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, for lost profits, or for gambling losses of any kind. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, abuses the service, or puts the site or other users at risk. If we close a paid account without cause, we refund the unused portion of the period you paid for.
You can close your account whenever you want by writing to us.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will give notice on the site or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Frelytics after that means you accept the new version.
11. Governing law and contact
Frelytics is an independent service operated as a sole proprietorship based in the Argentine Republic. When the paid tier is available, it is sold by our payment provider acting as merchant of record, and its own buyer terms apply to that purchase.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive competence, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
